For questions about the download file itself, say which page you used and what you saw after the countdown. Screenshots of the exact message help, but never send passwords or personal details with a report.
General questions go to [email protected], and download questions go to [email protected]. A report that names the page and the step gets answered faster than a report that only says something broke.
